Definitely! If you have multiples, you can first take the temperament quiz for each child. After doing so, you can send me an email with the results, and I will guide you towards the best program to take.
At the beginning of the sleep program you will also find tips on sleep training multiples.
I understand how difficult listening to your little one cry can be. Even though the sleep training methods mentioned in the program are gentle ones, some protesting will probably be involved, especially in the beginning. Keep in mind that crying is their way of communicating displeasure or disapproval of these new changes you’re introducing. Putting your little one in their cot awake might be a completely new experience. Your child will be confused and upset by this change, and yes, there will probably be some crying to express displeasure.
Your little one will cry for a while because this is the strategy that has worked in the past. However, they quickly realise that it’s up to them to get themselves to sleep. Little ones tend to accept change pretty quickly, but they need a bit of time to adjust. So please don’t let this discourage you. As I mentioned, I opt for sleep training methods where you will be there to comfort your child, especially in the beginning while they’re learning to self-soothe.
